Shipping policy

All sales are FINAL. There will be NO returns or refunds for any purchases. If your item has been damaged through shipping, please share with us your order number and proof of damage no more than 5 days after delivery. Your inquiry will be reviewed and considered for an exchange.

Shipping is based off carriers calculated rates. Rates are based on customer's address and the weight and dimension of their order.
